Sales and Marketing Focused Services

Task Force:

Get back on track as Plan B assumes your DOS or Sales Manager role temporarily. We'll execute all tactical duties expected from the position, including candidate interviews and training, sales calls, backyard blitz organization, basic business analysis, RFP preparation and responses, marketing plan strategy and more. Plan B is also available to conduct an off-site task force, working remotely from a home office.

Fact-Based Business Travel Sales Coaching

Hands-on training and in-depth coaching of existing staff or new hires in transient sales on the use of Hotelligence and all available reports for business development and competitive intelligence analysis. A unique, effective process that guides managers through uncovering new business and growing existing business by using various readily available business intelligence tools. This is an analytical/fact-based approach to sales, proven to gain credibility with customers and close more business.

Business Intelligence Analysis Reporting/Plan B Road Map

A complete sales analysis of three months to one year of business intelligence reports with prospect list, competitive shop calls, backyard account gap analysis, plus recommendations for reporting frequency and comp set updates. Report will include all information above and recommended action plans and follow-up for each account.

Sales Blitz Organization

Can include complete strategy for gaining ROI for specified need segments or time periods, list generation, appointment scheduling, team incentive ideas and organization, day of blitz execution, follow-up plan implementation and execution to ensure closure of sales and ROI.

Conversion/New Hotel Opening Sales Calls and GDS Testing

Sales calls on behalf of hotel, follow-up to agencies, care packages to gain awareness, sales calls to local offices and sales calls to travel managers with business cases sent to a Global Sales Representative or Regional Sales Manager. Especially useful to hotels that have undergone a brand conversion or a new opening.

Operational Focused Services

Task Force:

Temporary filling open positions that include General Manager, Food and Beverage Director/Manager, Catering Director, Guest Services and Rooms Division Manager. Includes all hands-on operations as well as tactical and strategic duties expected from the position. We'll step in to develop and implement strategy, conduct candidate interviews and training and oversee process and procedure implementation.

On Site Guest Service Training:

Includes embracing and sharing "CSIP" and "At Your Service" culture throughout the hotel. Includes a three-day training session and three weeks of department support after training is complete. Recommended per person sessions of a day and a half, with mixed departments working together for the best results. Participants will walk away from the training with personal action plans. Managers will also receive departmental action plans.

On and Off Site Renovation Assistance:

Includes purchasing of FF&E, recommend designers, planning, logistics and impact action plans to prevent negative guest impact. Tier-based pricing will ensue once project scope is determined.

Off Site Competitive Shop Calls:

Includes shop calls for F&B, rooms, packages, parking, amenities, etc., with recommended actions and pricing in order to maximize all available revenues and ensure fair share of the market. Tier-based pricing will ensue once project scope is determined.
