Amy Infante founded Plan B Consultants, Inc. in May 2006 after recognizing a void in the hotel and resort industry for customized, hands-on sales and marketing task force management.

Plan B’s clients benefit from her in-depth sales, marketing and revenue management industry experience with major hotel brands including InterContinental Hotels, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Hotel Indigo, Marriott, Radisson, Crowne Plaza and Omni – as well as independent and boutique hotels.

With her vast array of hotel brand and market exposure, Amy evolves easily and is able to adapt to any business climate and provide creative solutions for achieving marketing and revenue goals in difficult times. For example, she delivered over 100 percent of budgeted group sales revenue to a brand-new luxury hotel in San Francisco during one of the city’s slowest economies post-9/11 and the dotcom bust, and she has been providing this same caliber of return on investment to her clients ever since. With this tenacity and discipline, Amy exceeds expectations for her clients during phases of brand transition, pre-opening, renovation and rebirth.

A testament to her exceptional work in the industry, Amy is repeatedly sought after by past employers to provide expertise and direct revenue generation during their own times of transition, change and challenge. Amy is currently studying to receive Six Sigma Black Belt certification through Villanova University.

Karen Sikora-Berard is a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, lending her expertise to a variety of positions including Director of Sales and Marketing, General Manager and Director of Food & Beverage.

Most recently Karen oversaw the Crowne Plaza in Hartford as the property’s GM, managed by Rosdev Hotel. Prior to that she was employed by Bristol Hotels and Resorts and Intercontential Hotels Group, where she served as General Manger with Holiday Inn and led the decision to invest nearly $14 million for a successful renovation and rebranding from a 342-room Holiday Inn to a 350-room upscale Crowne Plaza.

While with Intercontinental and Bristol Hotels, Karen assisted on a variety of task forces for rebranded and new hotel openings. For a number of years she has taken a very active role in mentoring high school and college student interested in pursuing a career in the hospitality industry. She also hired a number of international interns to work at property level increasing their knowledge of the US and branding standards.

While in Hartford, Karen was an active community proponent and held a seat on the Board of Directors of the Greater Hartford Visitors and Convention Bureau. Her goals include sharing her diverse background and skill set with individuals that will contribute to the future success of the hospitality industry; creating a great place to work, a great guest experience, and positive financial return to owners and investors.

Dayna Zeitlin has over 16 years sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry. Her extensive, diversified background includes hotel openings and repositionings for full-service luxury, upscale and midscale hotels. Additionally, she has successfully revitalized underperforming assets with her demonstrated leadership skills, effective assessment and implementation of sales standards and proven ability with new business development. Dayna’s involvement in industry and community based organizations has also allowed her to further develop and strengthen strategic alliances and industry influencers.

Dayna has held such positions as Area Director of Sales and Marketing for InterContinental Hotels Group and Director of Sales and Marketing for the Omni San Francisco and Hilton San Francisco Financial District. Dayna has enjoyed a variety of achievements including Bay Area Business Travel Association President’s Award for Distinguished Service, Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts Director of Sales of the Year Runner Up and Greatest Revenue growth awards.

Dayna studied Mass Communication at the University of Hartford, Connecticut and has held several Board positions with various industry and non-profit organizations.
